Spring Semester
The future of the medical billing and coding profession lies in the hands of eager young students looking to complete their education. But paying for that education is not always an easy task. We are sympathetic to those high costs here at Medicalbillingcodingworld.com. That has prompted us to establish an annual scholarship for aspiring medical billers and coders, who are looking to complete their education in this area of study. This scholarship is completely merit-based and will be distributed annually to the most deserving applicant.
The scholarship is available to qualified medical billing and coding students currently enrolled in a post-secondary program. This also includes Health Information Technology academic programs. The scholarship award amounts to $500 and is awarded annually. One student per year will receive this scholarship, which is available to those pursuing a diploma, technical certificate, Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Coding or Health Information Technology. We will be accepting applications up until May 1st of each year.
